Question : In case of Emergency, what should I do?
Answer  : 1. Call Telephone No.100 or 103.
2. Click on the Contact us button of the web site for Telephone Nos. of Senior officers, Zonal DCPs and Police Stations.
Question : How will I register a Complaint?
Answer  : Go to the nearest Police Station (P.S.) and give a written or oral complaint to the Station House Officer (S.H.O). The oral complaint will be reduced writing to which the complainant signs.  If it is not the jurisdictional P.S., necessary action would be taken to transfer the case to the respective jurisdictional P.S. for necessary action.

In case of any difficulty in registering a complaint as above, the complainant may contact the jurisdictional/senior officers whose address and Telephone numbers are given in the Contact page.

Question : What should I do if I have to pass any information about an offence or an accident?
Answer  : 1. Call 100 or 103.
2. Call the nearest Police Station (Telephone number given in Contact page).
3. Call any of the Police Officers shown in Contact page.
4. Go to the nearest Police Station and inform.
 
Question : How do I get a gun license?
Answer  : By making an application in the prescribed form (which can be downloaded from this site in the licensing page) and submitting to the Commissioner of Police's Office. After due police verification and other necessary formalities the licensing authority approves or rejects the application for gun license.
Question: How can I volunteer my services to the Bangalore City Police?
Answer: (A) By becoming a member in the citizens committee of your Jurisdictional Police            Station.

Question: What should I do in case of loss of a vehicle?
Answer: Register a complaint in the nearest police station with all details and relevant
