FOREIGNERS HOLDING  ENTRY (X) VISA 

PLEASE ENCLOSE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION:

1.     Latest passport size  photographs ( 3.5 cms x 4.5 cms ) - 5 copies

(Affix one photograph on each of the four copies of  Form - A and enclose one photograph extra).

2.     Proof of  residential address - 2 copies

a) If you are residing in a relative’s or friend’s place or other place,  furnish

i)       A copy of the Telephone Bill or Electricity Bill of that premises or a  copy of Passport of the relative or friend with same address

                             AND

ii)     A letter of introduction from the relative or friend or  the concerned person         

                             OR

    b)  If you are staying in hotel furnish a letter from the hotel management or a       receipt issued by the hotel as proof  of stay.

                                                     OR

    c) If you are residing in rented premises, furnish a copy of the Rental       Agreement.

3.     Photo copy of your passport containing photograph and personal particulars  -  2 copies 

4.     Photo copy of Visa page of your passport containing Indian Visa and latest ‘arrival stamp’ in India  -  2 copies 

5.     Financial Guarantee Affidavit issued by an Indian citizen on Rs. 20/-  stamp paper attested by Notary - 2 copies 

6.     Copy of one of the following documents of the authorized signatory of the financial guarantee affidavit    -  2 copies

a) Indian Passport    b) Voters Identity Card    c) PAN Card      d) Extract of  Bank Pass Book

7.     Two copies of one of the following documents of the Indian spouse

a)     Passport  b) Voters Identity Card  c) PAN Card d) Extract of Bank Pass Book

    (Only for foreigners who come to stay with Indian spouse)

8.     Two copies of 

          a ) Registration Certificate     & 

          b) Residential Permit  of Foreign spouse

(Only for foreigners who come to stay with foreign spouse)
