City Crime Record Bureau is the crime data base of the Bangalore City Police. All matters relating to the data of crime and criminals is the main function of this section. Apart from this, they also handle process of service and execution of summons and warrants received in the office of the Commissioner of Police. Publication matters relating to Missing persons, Lost and Found Vehicles, Unclaimed property etc. is also handled by this section.

This section is headed by an Asst. Commissioner of Police with a Police Inspector and other staff. It is located in the premises of office of the Commissioner of Police.
