  • The Photo of Venkatesh Rao, by giving false address  fraudulently has been obtained by  I.S.D.N.(P.R.LLines) from B.S.N.L, in the name of Jade communication, situated at Jayanagar, Bangalore -11. But the said Venkatesh Rao K.L. misused the circuit  lines converted  International Calls in to Local calls by taking Internet connections and using technical instrument like, Router , Modem, V.O.I.P., C.P.U., U.P.S., C.I.S.O., Samsung monitor etc., thereby cheated B.S.N.L. & V.S.N.L and caused loss more than 6 crores.
